Pre-Orders
Some of our special pieces are available to purchase on a pre-order basis before they arrive with us.
Pre-orders allow you to secure your chosen design and size ahead of stock arriving.
Deposit
A £10–£20 deposit will be required to secure your pre-order, depending on the item.
The exact deposit amount will be clearly stated on the product listing.
Your deposit will be deducted from the final balance.
Remaining Balance
Once your item has arrived with us and is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to arrange payment of the remaining balance.
The remaining balance must be paid before your order can be dispatched.
Estimated Arrival Times
An estimated arrival timeframe will be stated within the individual product description.
Please remember that pre-order dates are estimates only. Manufacturing, shipping and customs delays can occasionally happen outside of our control.
We will always do our best to keep you updated if there is a significant delay.

Please check our Sizing Guide carefully before placing your pre-order.
If you are unsure which size to choose, please contact us before paying your deposit and we will be happy to help.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible at littlememoriesandme@gmail.com.
Once your order has been submitted to our supplier or production has begun, we may not always be able to amend your chosen size or design.
In-Stock & Pre-Order Items
We recommend placing pre-order items separately from in-stock items where possible.
If an order contains both, the in-stock items may be held until your pre-order is ready unless separate postage is arranged.
