Shipping policy

At Little Memories & Me, we aim to prepare and dispatch every order as carefully and quickly as possible.

UK Orders

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Available delivery options and prices will be shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

Where a tracked service is used, tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items have a longer turnaround time. The estimated timescale will always be shown on the relevant product listing.

Please note that pre-order arrival dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by production, customs or courier delays outside of our control.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and dispatched together once all items are ready. If you would like in-stock items sent separately, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional postage may apply.

International Orders

International shipping may be available to selected destinations. Available options and prices will be shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes that may apply in their destination country.

Republic of Ireland orders: Customers are responsible for any applicable import VAT, customs charges or handling fees charged upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product or postage price.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and correct.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delays & Missing Orders

Delivery times are estimates and occasional delays may occur once parcels have been handed to the courier.
