At Little Memories & Me, we aim to get your little one’s order packed and on its way as quickly and carefully as possible.
UK Delivery
In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days unless stated otherwise on the product listing.
We currently offer tracked UK delivery options at checkout. Delivery times shown are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Little Memories & Me cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items have a longer turnaround time and the estimated timescale will always be stated on the individual product listing.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and dispatched together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated. If you would like your in-stock items sent separately, please contact us before ordering or as soon as possible afterwards. Additional postage may apply.
Please remember that pre-order arrival dates are estimates and can occasionally be affected by production, customs or courier delays outside of our control. We will always do our best to keep customers updated where possible.
International Delivery
International delivery may be available to selected destinations and the available options and prices will be shown at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes that may apply in the destination country.
Tracking
Where a tracked service is selected, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
